The Application's knowledge bases and its searches of them over an optional window.
A base is listed when the Application owns it or a runnable member agent's live revision attaches it — by naming it, its backing asset, through an embedded sub-agent, or through an agent a Workflow runs by reference. Each carries its article counts, what is held for review, open contradictions, active notices and its last consolidation pass, as of now. Usage counts production searches made by runs stamped with this Application, so a base other Applications share counts only this one's searches; turns are the attaching agents' completed production root runs. Searches are recorded from 15 October 2026 and kept 90 days at most, and no longer than the workspace keeps its runs, so a window reaching further back is counted from `countedFromMs`. `from`/`to` are Unix ms (half-open); all time is `from=0`.

Returns the Network's live grants without credential material. An empty allowed-actions list means the connection is not narrowed. Use each connection id to navigate to the tenant-owned resource.
Finished outcomes over a window, and items held now, for each of the Application's work-shape automations.
One row per automation that owns a ledger. `finished` counts production outcomes that reached DONE in [`from`, `to`) — the count the app statement bills — and is the only windowed figure. `inProgress`, `waiting`, `openQuestions`, `needsAttention` and `setAside` are point-in-time: what the ledger holds as of the request, whatever the window. Gated like the per-automation ledger reads (`triggers:read`), not like the run counts.
