Deletes an escalation desk.
Refused with `409 Conflict` while a channel or the other-conversations slot names the desk — choose another desk for them, or none, first — or while a conversation handed off through it is still live.

}Lists the Application's escalation desks.
Oldest first, each with the channels it is attached to, whether it handles the other conversations, and whether it is armed — able to reach a person. The set is small, so it is returned as one page.
Creates an escalation desk.
`mode` is required and fixed for the desk's life: `BRIDGE` for an operator desk, `NATIVE_HANDOFF` for a console desk (which has no ladder). Every operator on the ladder must be an active operator of the Application — a customer can never be an operator. The new desk is attached nowhere until a channel or the other-conversations slot names it.
