Lists the Network's conversations (topics), most-recently-active first.

Returns topic rows across all the Network's member agents. Each row carries its owning `agentId`, the agent-generated `outcomeOneLiner` (when a summary exists), a `hasStructuredSummary` flag, and the distinct channels the topic has run on. Filter by `participantId` for one person's timeline and by `state` (`ACTIVE` / `IDLE` / `RESOLVED` / `EXPIRED` / `ABANDONED`). 404 when the Network does not exist.

Grants a user access to the Network, or changes an existing collaborator's role.

Grants the given user the specified role, or upgrades/downgrades their existing role. A new grant with no role defaults to Viewer. The last remaining Admin cannot be demoted. Roles: Viewer (read), Editor (read + configure), Admin (everything, including managing collaborators). Applies immediately.

Free-text recall over the Network's conversations — powers the conversations search box.

Case-insensitive substring match on each topic's goal line and the agent-generated outcome summary, most-recently-active first (the network scope does not widen to message bodies — use the per-agent search for that). Pass `participantId` to scope to one person and `limit` (1–50, default 20) to cap results. An empty `query` returns an empty list. 404 when the Network does not exist.
