Replaces an escalation desk's settings.
Full replace. `mode` may be omitted; sending the other kind is a `400 Bad Request` — create a new desk instead. Applies immediately, including to conversations already handed off through the desk.

Path Parameters
The owning Application id.
uuidThe desk id.
uuidThe tenant identifier
The desk's new settings.
What the Application calls the desk, shown wherever a channel names the desk it uses.
The desk's kind. Required on create. On replace, omit it or send the kind the desk already has — a desk cannot change kind; create another desk instead.
"UNSPECIFIED" | "BRIDGE" | "NATIVE_HANDOFF"Operator desk only: the ordered escalation ladder. Every operator must be an active operator of the Application. Empty means nobody is paged: the customer is told someone will follow up and the escalation is logged. Must be empty on a console desk.
Optional fallback reason used when an agent escalates without giving one.
Console desk only: when the agent steps back once the conversation is queued to the console — Fruxon.Model.AgentNetwork.ConsoleMuteTrigger.OnQueued (immediately; default) or Fruxon.Model.AgentNetwork.ConsoleMuteTrigger.OnAssigned (keep helping until a person takes the chat).
"UNSPECIFIED" | "ON_QUEUED" | "ON_ASSIGNED"Console desk only: what Fruxon.Model.AgentNetwork.EscalationDeskRequest.ConsoleMuteTrigger becomes while the team is outside its Fruxon.Model.AgentNetwork.EscalationDeskRequest.WorkingHoursScheduleId hours. Omitted → the same as during working hours.
"UNSPECIFIED" | "ON_QUEUED" | "ON_ASSIGNED"Operator desk only: whether post-hand-back verification and its auto-close backstop run.
Console desk only: whether a console takeover a person has left unanswered past the watchdog's threshold
is handed back to the assistant. Omitted → false, the fail-safe direction.
The working hours of the team this desk reaches. Omitted → none: the team is treated as always available. Must name working hours in this workspace.

}Creates an escalation desk.
`mode` is required and fixed for the desk's life: `BRIDGE` for an operator desk, `NATIVE_HANDOFF` for a console desk (which has no ladder). Every operator on the ladder must be an active operator of the Application — a customer can never be an operator. The new desk is attached nowhere until a channel or the other-conversations slot names it.
Returns the Network's only escalation desk (an empty pool when it has none).
Returns the desk's live operator ladder. No desk yet returns an empty ladder so clients can render the editor; more than one yields `409 Conflict` — read them through the escalation desks API instead. Which conversations reach the desk is decided by the channels it is attached to.
