SUMIT accounting, billing and CRM for Israeli businesses — customers, invoices and receipts, debt, payments, and CRM entities
The SUMIT integration lets your agents work with your SUMIT company: create and update customers, issue invoices and receipts, check who owes what, charge customers' saved payment methods, manage recurring billing, and read and write CRM entities.
You need:
- Open Integrations from the sidebar
- Select SUMIT from the catalog
- Click Add Integration Config
- Give the config a display name (e.g., "SUMIT")
- Enter your Company ID and API Key
- Save the config
- Open your agent in Agent Studio and select an Agent Step
- Under Attached Integration Configurations, click Attach configuration and choose your config
- Attach SUMIT tools from the tools panel
- Tools are referenced as
sumit.create_document, sumit.get_customer_debt, etc.
A final (non-draft) invoice or receipt is a legal tax document: it cannot be deleted, only cancelled with a credit document. charge_customer moves real money. Both are marked Irreversible, so require approval for them if your agent should not act on its own.
