Gets one of an automation's spend limits, with what it has spent in the current window
An automation spends through several agents — the ones its stages run, the one that holds its questions as conversations, the one that writes its report — and each agent keeps its own limits. This limit is on the automation as a whole: every production run the automation caused counts, whichever agent made it, and only those. An agent's limits still apply beside it; a run has to fit under both. A `null` body means no limit is set for the window, not that the automation is free to spend: its agents' limits still bind. A 404 means the automation does not exist or the caller cannot reach its Application.

}Adds (or returns the existing) binding between the trigger and an agent.
Binds the trigger to an agent so the agent runs whenever the trigger fires. The call is idempotent: an existing binding is returned unchanged rather than duplicated. Returns 404 when the trigger does not exist.
Lists every spend limit an automation has — at most one per window.
Shortest window first. Empty for an automation nobody has set a limit on: automations get none by default, unlike agents. The whole set is one page.
