ApiWorkflows
Updates a Workflow through its canonical owning Application.
Updates the Workflow's top-level metadata only — the flow graph is versioned separately through the revisions endpoints, so this never changes what a run executes. The lookup is scoped to the Application in the route, so a Workflow owned by a different Application returns 404. Requires the Editor role.
