Gets one voice call with its turns.

Turns come in the order they were taken. Each has the caller's transcript, the reply as it was handed to the voice, the generation and delivery outcomes, what the caller heard when they cut in (`spokenText`), the worker-reported timings, and `executionRecordId`, the run behind the reply, to read at `…/executionRecords/{executionRecord}/trace`.
