Joins the workspace through its single sign-on.

For a person who just signed in through this workspace's SSO connection and is not a member yet. The person's email is the one the IdP asserted at sign-in, not their account's own. An outstanding invitation to it is accepted, with its role. Otherwise auto-join must be on, and that email on a verified domain attached to the connection; they join with the policy's role.
