Gets one of the configuration's credential links and where it stands.

Whatever the link came to: `OPEN`, `FILLED`, `REFUSED`, `EXPIRED`, `LOCKED` or `WITHDRAWN`, with when it closed. What a sender waiting on a link polls; the link itself is never returned.
