Lists a source's recipe upgrades, newest first.

Each upgrade with its status, what it is doing or waiting for, what it changes, the revisions it replaced and deployed, and whether it can still be rolled back. The newest one that is not final is also on the source itself, as `openUpgrade`.

The knowledge base id.

The maximum number of items to return per page

Opaque cursor token from an external system (e.g. RAG API). When set, M:Fruxon.Common.Collections.PageToken.AsString returns this value directly instead of encoding Fruxon.Common.Collections.PageToken.Skip.
