Shows what upgrading a knowledge base's own consolidator and editor would do, changing nothing.

For the pair the base provisioned for itself (`:enableConsolidation`); a pair a source seeded is upgraded with that source. The same plan as a source's, without an automation: the drain waits only for a consolidation pass in progress.
