Gets one source and its typed implementation-resource links.

Returns the Knowledge-owned source metadata together with the existing platform resources it observes. Linked resources remain user-owned and this read has no runtime side effects. A source resolves here whatever its lifecycle status, so evidence pointing at an archived source can still name it.
