Lists immutable snapshots of a document, newest revision first.

Each row contains the complete title and Markdown body after one content change, together with its cause and independent person, agent, and execution attribution. Adjacent rows are sufficient for a review client to render the exact before/after diff.

Opaque cursor token from an external system (e.g. RAG API). When set, M:Fruxon.Common.Collections.PageToken.AsString returns this value directly instead of encoding Fruxon.Common.Collections.PageToken.Skip.
