Lists draft documents with their latest change.

Each item carries the current document, its newest immutable revision, and the immediately preceding revision when one exists. A review client can therefore render the actual change without issuing a revision-history request for every row in the queue.

The knowledge base id.

The maximum number of items to return per page

Opaque cursor token from an external system (e.g. RAG API). When set, M:Fruxon.Common.Collections.PageToken.AsString returns this value directly instead of encoding Fruxon.Common.Collections.PageToken.Skip.

orderBy?string

Queue order. NEWEST is the compatibility default; PRIORITY places personal-data risks before policy and quality warnings, then routine reviews, with newest-first tie-breakers.
