Lists a knowledge base's contradictions, most recently reported first.

A contradiction is articles that say different things about the same point: copies of a repeated fact the consolidator found disagree (`:checkFacts`), or a group of near-duplicates it listed conflicts for (`:propose`). Each is kept from the run that found it until a person resolves or dismisses it, a later check finds the copies agree, or the group is merged. A later report about the same articles updates it rather than adding another. `changedSince` says an article was edited, archived or deleted since the disagreement was read, so it may already be fixed. Open ones unless `status` asks otherwise.
