Lists the Collection Pipelines canonically owned by an Application.

Returns only the Pipelines whose canonical owner is the Application in the route — unlike `GET /v1/tenants/{tenant}/collectionPipelines`, which spans the whole tenant. Each item carries its source, per-item Agent or Workflow, sink, and run policy. The caller needs at least the Viewer role on the Application; a missing or inaccessible Application returns 404.

runnableId?string

If supplied, only Pipelines targeting this Agent or Workflow are returned.
