ApiAgent reply style

Gets an agent's reply style, with the active version, the draft under review, and how many retired versions can still be activated again.

Also the settings a build runs with, how many conversation imports are attached, and the latest build. A version a build wrote carries its held-out check. An agent that never had a reply style returns no active version and no draft. Agent admins only.
