ApiAgent messaging endpoints

Lists every messaging endpoint owned by the agent.

Returns one row per `AgentMessagingEndpoint`, ordered active-first then by provider + name. Each row identifies the external provider identity (Telegram bot, WhatsApp number, Slack app, Teams bot) the agent owns and whether it is currently active.

The agent identifier.

The tenant identifier
